Introduction

Following the government announcement made on 4th January 2021, that England is now in a National lockdown, we have now moved to online learning for children who are not attending school. 
 
For Years R and 1, the home learning platform will be Tapestry. Please continue to access your child's Tapestry account in order to access the home learning provided by the EYFS and Year 1 teams.
 
For Years 2 to 6, the home learning platform will be Google Classroom. Log-in information for your child's Google Classroom account has already been shared. If you experience any difficulties accessing your child or children's Google Classroom account(s), please contact hello@connordowns.org.uk to confirm the log-in information.

Pupils also have access to the Wonde dashboard via the CHILD LOGIN button on the homepage and can freely use Timetables Rockstars, Sumdog and other apps.

 Please make sure whichever device your child is on; internet safety is key. Do not leave your child unattended on the internet for long periods and aim to engage with the activities that they are doing. Please visit the Aspire eSafety page at the link below for further guidance.

Boosting Phone Data to Support Home Learning
 
IMPORTANT REMINDER: We’re working with the DfE and mobile companies - Virgin Mobile, EE, Sky Mobile, SMARTY, Tesco Mobile, Three, Virgin Mobile AND NOW Vodafone and O2, to temporarily increase data allowances on certain networks. This is so children can continue their remote education without incurring extra data charges.  If a child does not have their own phone, we can increase data on a family member’s phone, so long as they’re in the same household.
